We are working with clients and suppliers to reduce emissions across our operations and supply chain, supporting Scope 1, 2 and 3 carbon reduction goals between 2030 and 2035.
Our approach focuses on practical, measurable investment in cleaner technology, lower-emission vehicles and renewable energy, while continuing to deliver the high standard of drainage support our clients rely on.
What We Have Done So Far
In 2022, Kwik Jet invested in and launched the UK’s first zero-emission electric jetting unit, marking an important step forward for more sustainable drainage services.
Since then, we have continued to invest in lower-emission technology by launching a second zero-emission electric jetting unit with a hybrid vehicle. This gives us fully electric capabilities on suitable sites and shows our continued commitment to a more sustainable future for the drainage industry.
We have also purchased hybrid vehicles to replace existing diesel vehicles, helping us reduce fuel consumption by over 75%. Alongside this, Kwik Jet now only use renewable energy suppliers for both office use and vehicle charging.
